This covers Full Standard membership to both Austin Rock Gym and Crux Climbing Center.

Please perform the following steps to sign up for team atx

  1. Contact Coach John to schedule a tryout or come to aninformation session

2. Make sure you have filled out a waiver for both Austin Rock Gym and Crux Climbing Center

 

3. Fill out the Athlete Contact Information form.

4. fill out the team atx waiver & athlete medical authorization form and email to coachjohn@teamatxclimbing.org.

Details:

It is critical that payment be received in a timely manner to avoid impacting paying the coaches and not interfering with your child’s ability to attend practices or access the gyms. In order to make this as simple as possible, all team payments must be made by signing up for automatic monthly billing to a credit or debit card. Dues will be billed on the 1st of each month. In the event that a payment is declined, you will be notified via email. Once this notice has been made, we ask that you act on it immediately. A second billing attempt will be made on the 10th of each month. If this second attempt is declined, your account will be assessed a $25 late fee and you will be unable to participate in any team activities (including climbing trips) until the balance has been paid. If this occurs you will be notified via email.

Cancellations must be made before the end of the month for the following month and must be in writing via email to membership@teamatxclimbing.org. Please include athlete's name, reason for cancelling, and your name in the email.
